Surveys and Additional Information

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's Fish and Wildlife Research Institute conducts numerous online surveys. Scientists create the surveys to gather research data from our Web site readers. Our readers have the opportunity to report information that will help researchers in fields as varied as sport fish restoration, saltwater angling, horseshoe crabs, and aquatic health.

Other surveys may be added to our growing list, so be sure to check periodically if you would like to participate in FWRI's online research. To read about a survey and provide research data, select a title from the list.

Aquatic Health
Help scientists determine which aquatic health issues are specific to each region of the state of Florida.

Bay Scallop
How plentiful are bay scallops along Florida's Gulf coast? Help biologists answer this question by submitting your bay scallop catch data.
